One story hand hewn stone gable roof residential building,
probably originally owned by John Bottino. Constructed after
the Bottino Boarding house (now razed)^ I This house was
used as a rental until 1944 when John’s son Jim Bottino took
title and moved in. Building is very well maintained and
virtually unchanged
